It has everything you need. Purified water and ice maker in the fridge. Glass containers with lids was awesome to see. Beds were great and over it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again. Scissors and a railing to the upstairs would be our only suggestions. Highly recommend this place. 10/10 for sure. Thank you for allowing us in your beautiful home. Jose's place was amazing! They were very thoughtful on the amenities in the house. It was especially appreciated to have the large beach towels and full stocked kitchen, with storage containers too! I cannot praise having a washer and dryer enough! We had a long stay and that was beyond helpful! The private yard/pool was amazing. We appreciated the depth of the pool. The common area pool was lovely too and we only saw another person using it once. We did take advantage of the movie room a couple nights too. We had a rental car most of the days, which is needed. There are 2 Cenotes, a bodega, and lovely restaurant Cetli with in a mile walk. It was less than hour drive to Coba Ruins and Cenotes (incredible). When we didn't have the car we used the app InDrive app for taxis to town. You have to pay in Pesos and it is about $5 US to get to central Tulum. Jose was responsive to any needs and questions and I would recommend staying here anytime.

A Perfect Family Escape in Tulum! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Casey was an outstanding host from start to finish; responsive, attentive, and incredibly easy to work with when coordinating our booking around spring break with the kids. That flexibility made all the difference for our family trip. The unit is located in a gated community with 24-hour security, which gave us real peace of mind. There's also a private driveway where we could safely park our rental car without worrying about the dings and scratches that come with street parking. A small thing that made a big difference! The community amenities were a highlight, a large shared pool and kiddie pool that our family made full use of on a sweltering afternoon. Absolutely refreshing! The ping pong table in the common area was a fun bonus that kept everyone entertained. The unit itself exceeded our expectations. Three bedrooms, two baths, a small private backyard pool, outdoor grill, rooftop patio, and a well-sized kitchen with a shared TV room.
