Already working with another vacation rental management company?
No problem. We understand that changing management can feel overwhelming, especially if you already have future reservations. We'll work with you to create a transition plan that minimizes disruption while preparing your property for a successful handoff.
- Coordinate the transfer and setup of your listings across supported booking platforms.
- Existing future reservations made through your current management company remain with them. We'll block those dates in our calendars and begin managing all new reservations after your agreed transition date.
- Prepare your property to begin accepting new reservations through PPIM as soon as the transition period is complete.
- Work with your existing onsite cleaning and maintenance team, or recommend trusted local professionals if needed.
- Coordinate calendars, property information, house rules, and operational details for a seamless onboarding process.

Every transition is different. We'll create a personalized onboarding plan based on your property's existing reservations, your current management agreement, and your preferred start date to ensure a smooth, organized transition with minimal interruption to your rental business.
