• Airport transfer details — when you book an airport transfer, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates and times, flight information, passenger count, and your pickup or drop-off accommodation (hotel, resort, condo, or vacation rental), including the address you enter or select.
• Hosting inquiries — if you ask about our property hosting and management services, the details you provide about yourself and your property.

Vacation-rental reservations are completed through our booking partner, Lodgify, on a secure checkout page. Airport-transfer payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered directly on those providers' secure pages — PPIM does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card number.

When a payment is completed, we receive confirmation details from the payment processor (such as payment status and amount) so we can fulfill your reservation. These providers process your information under their own privacy policies.

Our website does not use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party analytics profiling tools. We use only functional storage needed for the site to work, such as remembering basic interface preferences. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard, limited technical information (such as browser type, pages requested, and approximate region) in server logs for security and operational purposes.

On our airport-transfer booking page, the accommodation field uses Google Places to suggest hotels, resorts, and addresses as you type. Your search text is sent to Google to return suggestions, subject to Google's own privacy policy. If you prefer, you may type your accommodation address manually instead of selecting a suggestion.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, confirm, and manage vacation-rental bookings and airport-transfer reservations
• Coordinate your services, such as scheduling your transfer driver around your flight and accommodation

Our website contains links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, social media platforms, our booking checkout, and Google Maps. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, and we limit access to those who need it to provide our services. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors, and sensitive booking data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain reservation records, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses.
