Ocean View Haven | Walk to Beach | Private Rooftop

We had a great stay at José's. The place was exactly as described. Easy to check in and the place was very clean. We had challenges with AC and hot water but everything was resolved very quickly. Make sure to hire a car as there is nothing at a walking distance. We enjoyed the flexibility of having a car and going wherever we wanted. Great value!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. One of our favorite features was the private balcony overlooking the ocean. It was such a relaxing place to enjoy our mornings and evenings. We also loved having access to our own rooftop terrace, which made the space feel even more special. The shared rooftop pool area was just one level up, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling private and peaceful. The entire property had a great atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The host also sends a detailed guidebook before check-in with all the important information about your stay, which was extremely helpful and made the entire experience even smoother.

The accommodation was exactly what we expected. The setting is superb, as are the building and the apartment, which are new and high-end. Note that the kitchen is really particularly well equipped. From the apartment, you have access to various beaches without having to pay, including the first one north of the residence, which overlooks a shallow lagoon protected by the coral reef in the distance. If you walk a little (1 hour, though), you can access the turtle protection area and the center of Akumal for free. José is an attentive and responsive host. We needed his help with a small matter, and the situation was resolved within half an hour. Thanks for this beautiful stay.
