The apartment is clean, the beds are comfy, AC in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. The location is good, close to Tulum and Playa del Carmen... We had a wonderful time there.

A beautifully furnished apartment with access to the beach club. The rooftop pool is great, as is the hot tub on the terrace. The amenities are top-notch. The only (probably temporary) drawback is the arrival via a road of poor quality. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace and privacy.

Edgar was very welcoming and very available. We only stayed one night, so we couldn't explore the surrounding area; it's a short drive from the airport. Well-equipped house with a pool—it's a plus!
