Casa Akumal | Sea Views | Walk To Beach | 11 Pools

This is my second time staying in this Santamar condo complex, but first time in Jose's Airbnb Space. I really loved the 2 balconies & the layout of his condo. It was neat and clean with a tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed & it was great that he provides fresh water for drinking. It lasted us through our week. For those liking to walk, there's a little trail (across from building G) that cuts across through some mangroves and follows a sand/rock trail all the way to Akumal (stop at Jungle Fish for a beverage or tacos). Jose was always responsive. Thank you for hosting us & we hope to be back someday!

Lovely location, nice apartment on a quiet street near the beach. A perfect area for families and older people. We would go back again. Apartment looks as photoed, is a well maintained apartment and location. We had some issues early on, with missing sheets and low or no running water. It was frustrating as response time was slow given the seriousness of the issues.

I’ve seen these locations before and they’re perfect for my needs. The roads coming in and out are quite rough and the location is fairly remote in that you need a car to do anything. I will definitely stay here again…
