Lovely stay in a quieter part of Tulum. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed but you definitely need a car or bike to get around. The nearby mini markets don't have much, and restaurants are quite spread out

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jose's place! Great restaurants in walking distance. Mamazul, Taquería la 86 and Rossina were particularly memorable. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Condo is beautiful and just as described. Jose is a great host!

Perfect place to relax in Tulum. Super quite at day and night, close to some good spots in Aldea Zama, easy ride to Calle 7 and two great pools for our toddler. Lovely apartment, super clean and comfy beds. Great also to be provided with drinking water and coffee, nice gesture. Internet is around 50mb/s so great for video calls etc. Only room for improvement is to stock up on some better kitchen essentials to help with cooking...but otherwise spotless place! Would def come back!
